BLOOMINGTON, IN, FEBRUARY 27TH, 2012 – Employment Plus, Inc., a Bloomington, Indiana-based full-service staffing, recruiting and HR solutions firm with over 100 locations nationwide, today announced that it has recently been named as one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky for 2012. The awards program was created in 2005 and is a project of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) and Best Companies Group.

The statewide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Kentucky, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses. The Best Places to Work in Kentucky 2012 list is made up of 65 companies. To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill specific eligibility requirements.
Employment Plus was awarded a Best Place to Work in Kentucky through careful evaluation of the company’s workplace policies, practices, demographics and employee experience. The overall score determined Employment Plus’ final ranking and awarded the company as a Best Place to Work in Kentucky in the large-sized employers category (250 US employees or greater).
