EMPLOYMENT PLUS RANKS 20TH AMONG LARGE SIZED COMPANIES IN 2012 BEST PLACES TO WORK IN INDIANA
Only Bloomington-Based Company to be Named to the List
(BLOOMINGTON, IN) May 23, 2012 – Employment Plus, Inc., a Bloomington, Indiana-based full-service staffing, recruiting and HR solutions firm with over 100 locations nationwide, today announced that it has recently been named among the top companies for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s 2012 Best Places to Work in Indiana. Employment Plus ranked 20th among the 31 companies named to the list for large companies (250 employees or more). Additionally, Employment Plus was the only company headquartered in Bloomington to be named to the list.
On Thursday May 3, 2012, companies located throughout the state were recognized at an awards dinner held at the Indiana Roof Ballroom in Indianapolis. The Indiana Chamber revealed rankings for the 70 companies that were recognized on the 2012 Best Places to Work in Indiana list, originally released on February 21. At the awards dinner, Heather Babb, VP of Sales and Marketing and Sheri Marr, VP of EP ProTech accepted the award on behalf of Employment Plus.

The awards program was created in 2006 and is a project of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Comcast Business Class and Best Companies Group. The statewide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Indiana, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses. The Best Places to Work in Indiana 2012 list is made up of 70 companies. To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill specific eligibility requirements.
Employment Plus was awarded a Best Place to Work in Indiana through careful evaluation of the company’s workplace policies, practices, demographics and employee experience. The overall score determined Employment Plus’ final ranking and awarded the company as a Best Place to Work in Indiana in the large-sized employers category (250 US employees or greater).
