Will I be working as a temp?
|

Not necessarily. Employment Plus, Inc. offers a full variety of employment services. We offer immediate permanent placement for professional and technical persons, as well as highly skilled clerical and light industrial applicants. Sometimes our assignments are temporary to permanent wherein you are an employee of Employment Plus, Inc. until you have completed a pre-determined probationary period at which time, given satisfactory performance, you will become an employee of the client for whom you have been working. If you wish to work temporary assignments, either short or long-term, you have that option as well. |

How much does Employment Plus, Inc. charge for their services? |

Absolutely nothing! Any and all fees are incurred by our clients not our employees. If you are seeking permanent placement, we will distribute your resume and schedule interviews on your behalf for as long as you may need our services. |

Absolutely not, just let us know and allow us an opportunity to replace you. Once we find a replacement for you, we will place you in another position better suited for you. |

Who issues my paycheck and when? |

Until you become a permanent employee at one of our client locations, you will receive a weekly paycheck from Employment Plus, Inc. |

How will I receive my paycheck? |
|
|
|
You may receive your paycheck any of the following ways: you may have your check mailed to your home, you may pick up your check at Employment Plus on Friday during normal business hours, you may designate a friend or family member to pick up your paycheck for you, you may be able to have it delivered to where you are working. |

If I am an employee of Employment Plus, Inc., can I work overtime? |

|
Any hours worked over 40 during a seven-day period are considered overtime and will be compensated at an applicable rate. |

What kinds of benefits can I expect to receive? |
|
|
|
Depending on the amount of hours that you work, you are eligible for vacation pay and holiday pay. In addition, short-term medical insurance is available. We also have bonus plans available for attendance, referrals, and safety. |
