CORPORATE OFFICE – Bloomington, IN
Call Center Representative (mid-shift 1:00pm – 9:00pm)
AREA SALES MANAGER – The Area Sales Manager will sell high volume staffing to businesses and manage client accounts. Area Sales Managers are responsible for their personal sales management, as well as the performance and development of their direct reports, while controlling expenses and P&L to meet budget guidelines.
STAFFING MANAGER – The Staffing Manager position is responsible for reaching and exceeding client and applicant expectations for the branch through personal efforts and managing a “results-oriented” temporary associate employee team. This includes recruiting, screening, interviewing, evaluating, orientating, and assigning employees to meet client needs.
STAFFING SPECIALIST – The Staffing Specialist recruits quality temporary associates and places them on assignments matching their proven skills and interests. The Staffing Specialist also takes job orders from clients and potential clients and fills these by providing the client with the most qualified candidate for that position.
Temporary- Vincennes/Princeton, IN
ONSITE (POP – Partner on Premise) MANAGER – The core responsibility of the Onsite Manager is to interact heavily at the client location ensuring client staffing needs are met and service levels are exceeded by handling all client questions, concerns, and issues. Will manage a large volume of temporary employees onsite and support the day-to-day functions/operations of a multi-shift facility.
ONSITE (POP – Partner on Premise) SUPERVISOR – The core responsibility of the Onsite Supervisor is to interact heavily at the client location ensuring client staffing needs are met and service levels are exceeded. Will help supervise a large volume of temporary associates on-site and support the day-to-day functions/operations of a multi-shift facility.
